診斷中的應用,,以及結(jié)構(gòu)磁共振成像,、彌散張量成像,、靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像等技術(shù)的最新研究進展。

Advances in Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Depression and Anxiety Disorders

Abstract: Depression and anxiety disorders are common and harmful mental illnesses with high incidence.
The clinical diagnosis of these disorders relies on clinical observations,,neuropsychological surveys,,and other
means. Recently,the technologies of magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI) and image analysis have developed
rapidly. The quantitative analyses of structural morphology and functional connections of the human brain bring new methodologies to elucidate the neuropathlogical mechanisms of mental illnesses and also provide new evidences for clinical diagnosis. This paper reviewed the application of MRI studies in depression,,anxiety disorder,,and depression comorbid with anxiety,as well as the advances of structural magnetic resonance imaging,,diffusion tensor imaging,,resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging,and other technologies.
