2004年獲浙江大學(xué)自動(dòng)化專業(yè)工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,;同年進(jìn)入浙江大學(xué)工業(yè)控制技術(shù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室直接攻讀博士學(xué)位,,師從孫優(yōu)賢院士。2009年9月獲浙江大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,,浙江大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生,。2009年12月至2020年6月任職于大連理工大學(xué)軟件學(xué)院,歷任講師,、副教授,、網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程系主任、院黨委委員,,其間2017年11月至2018年11月為印第安納大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,。2020年7月起任職于浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院。2024年1月-2024年4月為迪肯大學(xué)高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者(包氏獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助),。
主要研究興趣包括城市計(jì)算,、社會(huì)計(jì)算、知識(shí)管理等,。在IEEE TKDE,、IEEE TMC、IJCAI,、ACM Computing Surveys等國(guó)際期刊或會(huì)議發(fā)表/錄用論文200多篇,,其中180多篇為SCI檢索論文。19篇論文入選ESI高被引論文(1%)(其中14篇為第一或通訊作者),5篇同時(shí)入選ESI 熱點(diǎn)論文 (0.1%),。據(jù)Google Scholar顯示,,論文總引用次數(shù)9100余次,h因子為53(截至2024.08),。以第一作者獲2020年IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology最佳論文獎(jiǎng)(Best Land Transport),。兩次排名第一獲得遼寧省自然科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。連續(xù)入選斯坦福全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家榜單-終身影響力排行榜和年度科學(xué)影響力排行榜,,連續(xù)入選計(jì)算機(jī)領(lǐng)域頂尖科學(xué)家(Research.com)。研究工作被Nature Index,、科學(xué)網(wǎng)等媒體廣泛報(bào)道,。獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利30余項(xiàng)。主持完成多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)及省部級(jí)課題,。
主編教材《計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)》,,由機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社出版;作為副主編編寫《大數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)論》和《高級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)》,,分別由科學(xué)出版社和清華大學(xué)出版社出版,,前者于2017 年6 月在科學(xué)出版社出版以來(lái),據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),,已被30余所高校選為課程教材,,共印刷9 次,印量13800余冊(cè),,共銷售12000 余冊(cè),。已聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士畢業(yè)3人(其中外國(guó)留學(xué)生2人);培養(yǎng)全日制碩士畢業(yè)22人,。學(xué)生在讀期間多人次獲得國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,,畢業(yè)后出國(guó)深造或進(jìn)入阿里、騰訊,、華為,、百度、小米等一流企業(yè),。
