分別于2010和2015年在華南理工大學(xué)電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)(微電子學(xué))和中山大學(xué)通信與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)獲得本科和博士學(xué)位,。2015年7月加入廣州大學(xué),,2018年1月任副教授,2022年獲評廣州大學(xué)廣州良師,。研究方向為模擬/混合信號IC設(shè)計,、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)集成電路與系統(tǒng)、集成電路優(yōu)化算法和工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等,。IEEE會員,,IEEE SSCS Guangzhou Chapter委員,CCF YOCSEF廣州分論壇副主席(2022-2023),,廣州市半導(dǎo)體協(xié)會和廣東省集成電路行業(yè)協(xié)會廣州大學(xué)負責人,,國家自然科學(xué)基金,、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金評審專家,廣東省工信廳評審專家,。TCAS-I,、TCAS-II、TVLSI,、IEE Access,、MEJ、EL和IET CDS等多個國際期刊審稿人,,ISICAS,、ICTA等國際會議的TPC和Session Chair。近年來主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目,、廣東省自然科學(xué)基金項目,、廣東省科技計劃等課題8項,在集成電路設(shè)計和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表SCI論文十余篇,,ISCAS,、APCCAS等頂級會議論文近二十篇,授權(quán)日本發(fā)明專利2件,,中國發(fā)明專利三十余件,。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲第七屆中國國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽國賽金獎。
