Introduction
Peiyan Yuan received the B.S., the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Henan Normal University, Xinxiang, China, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, respectively, all in computer science. He also worked as a post doctoral researcher at the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He is a professor of Computer Science, a PhD supervisor, and the vice dean of software school at the Henan Normal University. He was elected as the Pingyuan Scholar in 2022 and the Young Scholar of Henan Province in 2019. He is the distinguished member of CCF, the senior memeber of IEEE, the member of ACM, and the associate editor of EJWCN and JBD, respectively.
His research interests include future networks and distributed systems, and he authored or coauthored more than sixty papers and two books in these fields. Three projects are granted by the NSFC and more than ten projects are granted by the Department of Education, Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province. He won the national scholarship for Ph. D students from Ministry of Education of the P. R. China in 2012, and he received three Best Paper Awards. His students won the first prize of “Internet +” innovation competition and the second prize of mathematics modeling.
袁培燕,，分別從河南師范大學(xué),、武漢理工大學(xué)、北京郵電大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)獲得學(xué)士,、碩士,、博士學(xué)位，美國德克薩斯大學(xué)達(dá)拉斯分校商學(xué)院信息系統(tǒng)系博士后,。目前為河南師范大學(xué)教授,，博士生導(dǎo)師，軟件學(xué)院副院長,，河南師范大學(xué)平原學(xué)者,，河南省高等學(xué)校青年骨干教師；兼任IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員,、中國計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)（CCF）杰出會(huì)員,，CCF物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專委執(zhí)行委員、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用專委執(zhí)行委員,，河南省計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,，EJWCN/JBD副主編。
長期從事群智感知,、移動(dòng)邊緣計(jì)算,、分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)與系統(tǒng)的研究工作。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)（面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),，聯(lián)合基金2項(xiàng)）,，橫向項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)，河南省教育教學(xué)改革重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),，河南省虛擬仿真一流課程1門,。以第一作者或通信作者在IEEE TCC/IoTJ/ISJ/TVT/《軟件學(xué)報(bào)》等國內(nèi)外期刊以及IEEE/ACM MobiHoc/ICDCS等會(huì)議上發(fā)表論文60余篇，ESI高被引論文1篇,，授權(quán)發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng),，軟件著作權(quán)6項(xiàng),，出版學(xué)術(shù)專著1部，參編河南省十四五規(guī)劃教材1部,。獲首屆博士研究生國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,、河南省高等教育教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，河南省教育廳科技成果一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),，國際,、國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議最佳論文/廣受關(guān)注學(xué)術(shù)論文3項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲河南省“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽一等獎(jiǎng),、數(shù)學(xué)建模全國二等獎(jiǎng)等,。目前培養(yǎng)已畢業(yè)研究生17人，培養(yǎng)在校研究生15人,。
