       張建成,，男，博士,、副教授、碩導(dǎo)，現(xiàn)為廣西民族大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院教師,。曾任江南大學(xué)副教授,，碩士生導(dǎo)師,。同濟(jì)大學(xué)控制科學(xué)與工程博士學(xué)位。長期從事自動(dòng)控制領(lǐng)域中未知輸入觀測(cè)器設(shè)計(jì),、滑模觀測(cè)器設(shè)計(jì),、故障診斷、故障重構(gòu),、以及基于觀測(cè)器的滑模控制研究,。截至2024年11月,，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30余篇，其中4篇發(fā)表在控制領(lǐng)域國際頂刊《IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control》和《Automatica》上（其中IEEE TAC 和 Automatica 各2篇,，均為第一作者,，含 Conditionally accept 1篇），另有《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》,、《International Journal of Control》以及國內(nèi)頂級(jí)期刊《自動(dòng)化學(xué)報(bào)》,、《控制理論與應(yīng)用》等。作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人主持國家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng),、中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),、江南大學(xué)自主科研項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)，參與國家自然科學(xué)基金4項(xiàng),，江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),。獲得江蘇省機(jī)械工程學(xué)會(huì)自然科學(xué)（優(yōu)秀論文）一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，無錫市第十二屆（2020-2021年度）自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)論文獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),，三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)?，F(xiàn)為中國自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)控制理論專業(yè)委員會(huì)（TCCT）非線性系統(tǒng)與控制學(xué)組委員,，江蘇省自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)青年工作委員會(huì)委員,。
